Culture Belongs to Everyone: A Conversation with Paola Dubini and Christian Greco

Event date

17 October 2025

Event time

17:30 - 18:30 CEST

Egea, Bocconi University’s publishing house, presents a series of conversations with some of its authors – an opportunity to explore timely issues and engage directly with those who have studied and written about them.

In this event, Paola Dubini, Director of the MSc in Management and Associate Professor of Management, and Christian Greco, Director of the Egyptian Museum in Turin, will present their book “La cultura è di tutti” (“Culture Belongs to Everyone”) a passionate dialogue that exposes the contradictions of a cultural heritage that is formally accessible, yet effectively elitist.

From the material roots of knowledge to the digital age, the authors weave together different perspectives to envision a shared cultural heritage – breaking down intellectual and economic barriers and reaffirming the democratic value of knowledge.

They will discuss it together with Ada Palumbi, Senior Manager at Amazon, and Pierluigi Ledda, Managing Director of Archivio Storico Ricordi.
