The Bocconi Alumni Community annually awards the Alumnus of the Year prize to an individual who has distinguished themselves in their field with a positive impact on society and who embodies Bocconi University’s core values: professionalism, entrepreneurship, integrity, pluralism and openness to pluralism.

Starting this year, the Community has decided to introduce two new awards: Alumnus Changemaker and Alumnus Emerging Leader.

For the 2025 edition, the title of Alumna of the Year goes to Elena Goitini, while the Alumna Emerging Leader recognition goes to Alisée de Tonnac and the Alumnus Changemaker award to Adama Sanneh. Three different paths, yet united by excellence and impact, which the Community chooses to celebrate with the Bocconi Alumni Awards 2025.
